False 'paper Jam' Message
My All-in-One keeps giving me a "Paper out or paper jam. Check paper size and load paper into Cassette 1" message. I have paper in the cassette and there is no paper jam that I can see either through the front or by removing the back cover. I've tried turning it off and unplugging it but it doesn't change. What can I do?
