To resolve the issue, I would recommend contacting Eversource customer service as soon as possible to inform them that the monitoring meter for your solar panels has not been installed. Provide them with your customer and project numbers, and explain the situation. They should be able to schedule a follow-up visit by the installer to complete the installation of the missing meter.
Be sure to also let them know that you received a letter from them stating that the project was approved and that you are eager to start the program. This may help expedite the resolution of the issue.
