I Am Here On Hold For Over An Hour, I Need To Talk To A Supervisor. Horrible!
Your agent made a mess with my package and she lied twice. Now, noboy wants to take responsibility or fix the problem. So I have to cancel the whole package as it is not good for me,. The hotel was not what I asked and is far from what we needed. I wasted 2 hours for nothing and now I have to wait two weeks to get my money back. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUBSTANDARD. Expidea didnot want to correct the mistake as I was told you would. Misleading information.
