Why Can't I Get An Answers To My Questions?
I use a compounded drug that has 5 ingredients. Eash one is listed with cost of each ingredient on the pharmacis'ts statement. Expres Scripts says that Medicare won't allow them to pay for one of the ingredients; therefore, they deny the whole claim for the compunded drug. . Why won't Express Scripts pay for the allowed ingredients?
No patient care advocate can answer my question. I have never had a reply to a letter I sent on 9/20/12 to the Patient Response Officer!!!
