Your outsourcing people do not understand English Further, the purview of jurisdiction with your Supervisors only pass the buck & say they are sorry but do nothing to assist me, the Patient or should I say Customer. When you go to a REAL PHARMACY, WE ARE KNOWN AS PATIENTS. I requested enhanced readable printing on the ENTIRE LABEL OF MY prescriptions. When I rec'd the last two, the labels were still unreadable. I have to have my eyes examined every 3 months becuase of Plaqunil & have corrected lenses to 20/20. So my lenses are not an issue. YOU ARE! I have called 3 times now -those people in a US territory were so poorly schooled in English, that it took 5 times before I could understand the woman was asking for my date of birth-what is this about????? Labeling IS SOMETHING YOU HAVE A LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY TO PLACE ON PRESCRIPTIONS. THEY ARE THE DIRECTIONS FOR CONSUMING THE DRUG & "BLACK LABEL" AND ALIKE. WHAT IS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU SHOULD TAKE REMEDIAL ACTION TO CORRECT THIS INEQUITY IMMEDIATELY. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PUT IN A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR THIS SERVICE (OR LACK THEREOF). You are dispensing Prescription Medicine, not conducting a Blue Light Special at KMart. There is total lack of professionalism in attempting to resolve issues. You told my Doctors & ME a few months ago that Aciphex was no longer on my list of drugs that I could obtain from Express. So they intimidated the lady @ the Docs office and forced a Nexium Rx costing $100. I was vomitting and sick at my stomach for 1 month+ and finally became a Pitbull to get my Aciphex. Oh, yes, I paid $100 for Nexium that has to be destroyed-you company would not refund the money and yes, then another $100 for the Aciphex. You people are unkind, ineffective, inefficient, lack any pride in your work or mission statement to help your Customers. You totally lack the professional nature of what a Pharmacy is suppose to be. My Brother and Nephew graduated from PCP in Philadelpia and would not think of acting in an unprofessional manner. When I call, it is impossible to speak to the Pharmacist. You are just awful and I need anger management every time I have to deal with you. When I moved from Maryland to Florida, it took months before you stopped sending my meds to Penna, Maryland and my daughter here in Florida. It is just no way to conduct business. I have written to the FDA and intend to go to AARP, my Senate and House members of Congress to find some kind of oversight so that your mission statement does not mirror communist China! Pat Hincken
