Refill A Prescription
When trying to refill my prescription, Express Script is requiring a new prescription to be filled out by my Dr. When I call the Dr's office, they require Exp Script to fax the request to the Dr office for them to fill out and then send back. But I am not able to reach anyone at Express Scipt to request them to send the fax to my Dr.
