Can I Change From An Individual Account Name To A Business Name?

I set up account in my name. now i want to delete that account or change it to a business name only. Same e-mail address. do i have to wait 14 days for the name account to be deleted? can i do it right away?

You cannot have a Facebook Fan Page without having a Facebook account as Fan Pages are created using a Facebook account.
