Facebook Login Won't Work

i signed up originally thru facebook mobil so my login is my cell number. i woke up ther other day and when i went to log on fb said that my login didnt belong to any account. i cant login from my phone or a pc. my profile is stile active and can be seen. my friends and family have been posting on it. i had to go to my page from my kids to post that i cant access it and tell people not to inbox me. my email isnt showing and i never had one of those fb user id things. iv submitted all the forms and no responses. very frustrated
