Issue With Removing Duplicate Facebook Page And Adding New Manager To Page

Hello! Our company currently has 2 facebook pages out there. One, which is linked under my bosses personal FB account (which I have access too) and a second, which he created awhile back, and cannot remember any of his login information. Issue #1 - I go to the page which is linked to his personal FB account and add myself as a manager (per his request) using my email account which I use for my own FB, and it always says "pending" - it never sends me an email requesting that I become a manager to the company page. Now, I tried this same method using a different email account, which is not used for FB and I got the email. What should I do? Issue #2- I need to remove one of the two accounts. I cant have two of the same floating around on FB. I have already marked it as a duplicate of another page, but FB has yet to do anything about it. I am not calling their technical support for $69.99- no thank you. Since no one has any log in access for the page that needs to be removed, I am out of ideas. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
