It's Said Facebook Closes Accts Posting Vulgarity/profanity But Why Doesn't It?

I thought facebook closed accounts when the individuals used vulgarity, profanity and language that is considered assult. From the things I have seen over the interet Facebook uses this as their foder. I think the whole thing should be shut down but is it possible they have a contract with the government to provide info, thereby get away with all this trash?And I don't want to pay for an answer or are you also misrepresenting yourselves as providing tech support and are in it for the long Green?
