My Account Was Susspended Until I Confirmed My Id, It Asked Me To Enter A Code

I HAD TO DO THE FIVE STEPS TO CONFIRM MY ID AND COULDN'T GET PAST THE 2ND, I WAS ASKED TO ENTER A CODE BUT NEVER RECIEVED ONE.
