Big Problem

I am beyond rritatated with this whole process i definitly need to get into my facceboo cauuse i forgot the password the only way you will send it is yahoo is through email whifh i havc no password for that is it either I cant talked to a person at either location and i nned to speak with somone and its very important i have a custody battle at court tomorrow PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me asap...I am out of options and just need a walk through of what to do
