Change Password

I have attempted to change my password, I have forgotten what it is, but it says I have attempted to many times, what can I do or you to over ride this problem.

If Facebook determines you've made too many password reset requests, you'll be denied access but should be okay after 24 hours. If you're not, use the form at: http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=disabled.

If necessary (after the 24 hours) to recover your account, submit the form at: https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover.
