How Do I Change My Screen Name On Facebook?

I notice that some people change their facebook screen name every week. I can't figure out how to change it at all.

You can change your username from the Settings tab of the Account Settings page. Scroll down to "Username" and click "change." Then follow the on-screen directions. Your observation with respect to "other people" not withstanding, Facebook states it will allow you to change your username only once. (www.facebook.com/help/?question=479467#!/help/?faq=15439)
