Wait a bit for the email. On the other hand, and I'm not trying to freak you out, but your account might have been hacked. If the hacker has your email password, too, then they probably changed your email address and you are locked out for good. Unless you used Facebook Trusted Friends To Recover Your FB Locked Out Account.
Ask your friends about your page; does it look vandalized?
