Facebook Is Kicking Back Likes On My Page. What Do I Do To Get This Fixed?

I have had my page for a year and a half and have reach 41,000 fans. I would constantly receive about 100+ likes a day and now I'm lucky if I get 20. My posts are also getting less than 500 likes and before they would get over 1,000. I had people saying they tried liking my page, but facebook would kick it back. The same is happening with my posts. I tested the LIKE problem on another page and liked a post on my fan page. As soon as I refeshed it...sure enough facebook had kicked it back and it was no longer LIKED. I've tried sending in a bug report and have read that others are having the same problem. I'm extremely worried because this is affecting my business. Some people have been going through this since August. I've been going through this for almost 2 months now. What do I do????
