Cannot Get Into Facebook Even With New Pw

i deactivated my acct thinking i would cancel it out completely but others still get into it i cannot even with new pw and codes that are sent to me pg comes up saying 'temporarily suspended due to malicious activity' all i want to do is totally deactivate this acct and get facebook off my pc thx
