I Keep Getting This Message :your Account Has Been Temporarily Suspended...help

I have been prompted to change my pw to facebook about 40 times in 2 days can someone tell me what the matter..it is crazy and needs to stops !!!!!!

Facebook has detected suspicious activity on your account and has temporarily suspended it as a security precaution. This may be because your Facebook account was accessed from an unfamiliar computer. It is also possible that your password was "phished," or stolen by a website designed to look like Facebook.

You will be able to regain access to your account once you complete the automated security verification process.
