Logged Out Of Facebook Due To Not Providing Photo Id Etc

I have a spray tanning page on Facebook, Last night I was asked to prove my name and provide id. Im not providing them with any personal info like that. Also my spray tan page is a different name obviously. Now they have locked me out and I really need to get into this page as I get business from this. Any idea???

Sorry for that, but there will be no way you can have access again on your facebook account unless you do what they (facebook) want.
