Why Is Chat Suddenly Disabled?

It might be due to java applet or flash is not loaded or you may have an old version. Update it at www.adobe.com. Go to downloads and click on flash player and follow the download instructions. Go to www.java.com and get the latest download for that which is on the home page and again just follow the instructions.

Also, if that is not the problem, try to use different browser if you are using fire fox then try to use IE.

Another tip: Click on your start button in windows
and go to widows updates, when you are there choose administrator on the left-hand side. Then choose updates, then choose Internet, then explorer 8 or update. Most of the issues I have come across have all been sorted by doing all of the above. Hope this helps, and good luck.
