To remove a photo from Facebook:

Go to the photo and click the gear symbol at the top right
Select Delete This Photo located at the bottom of that dropdown menu

Note: You won't be able to delete a photo if you didn't upload it. To prevent a photo from appearing on your profile (timeline), click Remove next to On your profile (timeline) at the top of the comment box of the photo.

get on your account. go to your page. click photos. edit albums. remove photo. all done.
