My Pw Stopped Working. I Sent A Request For A New Pw, But Then The Old One See

ed ok. Facebook kept sending me pw resets and I could not longer log on with the old one. When I tried to reset my pw it told me that I had exceeded the limit of tries. Now I cannot log on with my old pw and it won't let me reset a new one! What should I do?
