Samsung Galaxy Free Telstra Facebook Problem Help Please

me and both my sisters all have a samsung phone. recently when we go to go onto someones wall a big table looking thing comes up and wont go away and it wont let us see anything on there wall. it says things like "all updates" "most updates" "only important" "what types of updates?" "live events" "status updates" etc... does anyone know how to get rid of this because its realllly annoying!
