Fluke 1623-2 Not Powering Up/turning On
I have a fluke 1623-2 and although not store bought, appears to have never been used. With new batteries the device will not turn on. I'm getting 9.1DC from the battery pack and continuity from the pins on both sides of the cover. The fuse is good. I have to be overlooking some detail. If anyone can help I would appreciate it
