Hazard Lights, Turn Signals And Brake Lights Do Not Work.

I have checked wire harness, fuses, light bulbs but have no solution.  I need help

None of those will work if there is a bad connection to the bulbs. Check your bulb sockets and see if they're rusty. The clips that hold the bulbs have to be clean and rust free. Scrape them with a small screwdriver to rough up the metal. That may get them to work.

There should also be a ground wire (or wires) that is screwed to the bumper or some other metal part of the vehicle that grounds the bulbs. If that connection gets rusty, the lights won't be grounded and will not work. Find that wire and clean the connection with sandpaper and they should work again.

The Brake Lights, Turn Signals And Hazard Lights Went Out At The Same Time.
What is the problem?  All fuses look good.
