Why Is There A Strange Vibration Coming From Dash On Drivers Side?

My 2001 Ford Focus SE is making this vibration noise after i lock my vehicle with the key fob, This sound is coming from inside the dash on the drivers side. There's a PATS v. E (SECURI LOCK) installed that is from the factory. (Not after-market) What is causing this? Why is my car making this weird sound? It lasts for about 3-5 seconds. Please help! Thank you
