Charging System

Replaced batteries and alternator and 3 days batteries dead. Is there a fuse for the alternator and if so where. The owners manual doesn't show it

There should be a fusible link in the cable that goes from the battery to the alternator. Did you disconnect the battery before you installed the alternator? It's very easy to melt the fusible link if you touch the wire connections on the alternator together when you hook it up. Always disconnect the battery when you replace the alternator.

Replace the battery cable if you can't find the fusible link. That may solve the problem.
