If you are receiving an error code E61 on your Frigidaire dryer, it usually means that your dryer is experiencing an issue with the heater relay. A qualified technician would pinpoint the problem by checking the wiring for both open and short circuit across heater relay(s). If the wiring isn’t the issue, he/she would need to determine whether the problem rest with the main control board. It really could be a hit or miss calculation in parts so I would personally reach out to an experienced tech that will be able to identify the precise reason. Best regards! – Chris
