I Put In New Ice Maker, The Fingers Etc. Are Rotating For The Last 9 Hours But S

I put in new ice maker ( hours ago and the fingers etc. are rotating but i'm not getting any water into ice maker. The pump did come on a few times but didn't get any water . What would the problem be.
