Frigidaire Fghd2443kb1 Dishwasher Doesn't Clean

Our dishwasher hasn't been doing a good job of cleaning. It seems like it hasn't been taking in adequate water. The cycle indicator lights are hit and miss. Most of the time the lights go off when the start light is on. The machine is only a couple of years old. It should work better than this! Thanks for any help can offer.

I would personally have a service pro look at the water pressure to and in the unit. The water temp needs to be at least 120ºF in order to dissolve the detergents on the market today. Also the spray arms need to be cleaned and connected tightly. If they do not move freely then the dishware will not get clean at all.
