Engine Over Heat, Ac Off

i have Acadia 2008 ,i have over heat problem which reach up to 3/4 of the total gauge indicator and the A/C goes off.i changed the radiator and the fan but the problem still the same

O.k.,first the vehicle needs checked to make sure it is or isn't actually over heating,this is done with a scan tool by a shop or dealer to view engine coolant data and to use a temp probe to read actual engine temperature.


If it is running hot then you may have a stuck closed thermostat needing replaced or possibly a faulty water pump needing replaced.If it isn't actually getting hot then this may be due to a faulty coolant temperature sensor needing replaced.

It needs to be determined from here to see what component is causing this and then it can be repaired to correct this fault here.
