Code For Pc Games

I went to your Anaheim Store and bought a PC game Company of Heroes Tales of Valor..it was new and they gave me the disc and the box but it was not sealed like the usual games when you buy in the other store. i notice that in the box there was no Brochure about the game and the Code that will be asked if you are going to download the game.I will sens this to my son in the Philippines. My question is that does all your new games are already opened and not been sealed and at the same time no Brochure and Code for that pc game.What should i do?
