I Have Misplaced My Game Card And Wold Like Know How I Can Get A Replacement

you'll need to contact Customer Service via phone (at 877-676-GAME or 877-676-4263) to request a one-time issue of a replacement card - We'll cover the first one for Free, but any additional replacement cards requested we will deduct 500 PowerUp Rewards Points from your account. Points must be available in order for a replacement card to be requested.
