Powerup Rewards Profile Acceptance Problem
I'm online trying to enter my profile details and it keeps alerting me that I have either missed something or did something wrong. I'm unable to complete my profile and move on to complete my info. What can I do? Also, do you have any coupons or coupon codes towards games/accessories. We purchased Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 with a 30% in-store credit on each. Can I get 60% or 30% off of my pre-ordered Black Ops II, or does this not apply to New Releases?

Not sure about your second quetion regaurding the coupons, but I was having the exact same issue with the form telling me I was missing information when I wasn't and subsequently preventing me from moving on. I'm not sure if this solution is totally reliable, but it worked for me (by accident). Just load a different page (I clicked the home link in the upper right corner), then press the back button to return you to the form. Once back, hit the continue button again and it should work (hopefully).
