Skate 3 Share Upgrade Pack

Purchased new Skate 3. Didnt have code for share upgrade pack included. i have read where the new purchases DO have a code inside. Called Gamestop where it was purchased & they tell me they dont have it! NOW....WHAT is the REAL TRUTH??? & we are not going to purchase a code that should have been inside new game when purchased! And while Im at it, the Gamestop located @ 1511 Woodruff Rd Greenville SC 29607 (where purchase was made) when trying to phone them after finding no code inside the game, wont answer phone at all, or pick up & hang it right back up, or when they do answer they just act as though all we have to do is come back to the store, as if they dont want to answer questions at all on phone.  I am not going to run back & forth to the store when everything I purchased should have been inside the game to begin with!!!   I have looked up the info on several websites & each one says the code is included in all new purchases...Now are we really getting new game or a pre-owned on & being charged new price???  We have recpt # etc as proof of purchase & it seems the sale could have been pulled up by that # if the ones at the store would take the time to listen & check for us! We want the code that we rightfully purchased & we do not want the run around. It is so simple yet the employees of the store have forced me to go to all this trouble.  Needless to say, I thnk we have purchased our last ANYTHING from Gamestop!
