Heat Shrink Fan

We removed heat shrink fan to clean,was making noise, now computer will not start up, power or nothing!

Make sure you have a good connection for the cpu fan. Check the cpu to make sure it is still seated in the MB. Check that your memory modules didn't get loosened, just reseat them. While you are in there check for any other lose connectors.
