-my Gateway Has A Black-screen After I Put In Password Can Only See Mouse Moving

Hi. Access Windows via Safe Mode (i.e. repeatedly tapping F8 just before Windows beging to load). After according accessing Windows, head to control panel and take out Programs you recently installed. You may have to disable you Anti-Virus and retry the Normal Mode and observe.
