Ge Jes1656srss Turns Back On After The Food Comes Out Ans The Door Is Closed.

Just bought this last night. The usnit is brand new. every so many uses, the food heats fine and the session ends fine, I open the door, extract the food, and then normally clase the door. The unit starts back up (the interior is empty except for the turntable) and will not shut off by pressign the puase or off buttons. It will shut off by opening the door. No other buttons have been pressed in order to activate the unit. We found nothing about this in the manual.

It seems it has a defective door switch or touchpad. I suggest you return/exchange the unit.
