Greetings - The black slot right above the three white normal PCI slots is a 'PCI express slot' that takes in PCIe (PCI express) Graphics Cards - (your board does not support AGP Graphics Cards (as is has no AGP slot - which is of cause older than PCI express slots) - normal PCI slots will take in an ordinary display card.
