I Forgot My Passward

This can be an easy matter to resolve or it might be difficult.  It all depends upon the back-up email addresses or phone numbers you provided when you set up your Google account.

• Begin at this page for Account Access Issues.
• There you will see: I forgot my password. 
• Click on that link or the one provided here. You should be be directed to the password recovery page where will again select your issue
• and then to another page where you will enter your Username - usually the first section of your gmail address and then captcha letters (that distorted picture).
• If that doesn't work, you will indicate No, I got an error on the I forgot my password page for redirection. 

Once you have access, I suggest you set up strong back-ups.  Remember, this is not easy in order to prevent hacking of your account.
