Billing From Google Play

On June 4, I activated my account and wanted to try a FREE download on your entertainment store in google play.    I thought I hit FREE play on "Once Upon a Time," and then was charged $2.99 for the show.  The google play store showed me that I would be charged $2.99 but would not be collected being that it was listed as free.  Please credit my VISA the $2.99 that was not sipposed to be charged to me.
