Unable To Activate Account Password. Account Recovery Tried. Need Link Via Cell.
Cell phone crashed. Activated another and tried to recover contacts and photos. Got photos via cloud. Tried to recover contacts, calendar, etc. From google. Can't remember passwords to main account for the recovery email account. Iv'e tried multiple ones I remembered to no avail. Then started Account Recovery process. Keep getting message that "they can't prove I own account" despite answering all questions multiple times. I need a reset password link sent to my cell Important medical data, contacts- petsonel & business I need restored asap. Please help!Crystal Cope

Assuming it is a free account and not under a 'Google app for work' package. If my assumption is correct, then this http://email.about.com/od/gmailtips/qt/How_to_Contact_Gmail_Support.htm is the best you can get to help toward the recovering of your account. As for a premium account (Apps for work) phone support available from here google.com/work/apps/business/support/
