If you mean your home page has been changed, go to the top right (sometimes left) of your browser and click on Tools (0r Settings) and then click Internet Options. Under there you will see Home Page and a URL address. Delete/cut/backspace the address out of there and copy and paste or type in the URL address you would like as your home page. Then click apply and OK.

If there is something extra added to your browser that you don't like, such as a tool bar, you can go under Tools, Options, and/or Add-Ons or Plug-Ins and disable it and even uninstall it. If a toolbar of some kind is still showing up, you may have to uninstall it directly from your computer. If you have trouble doing this, you can always download a free program called CCleaner that will help you uninstall programs you don't use or want on your computer.

The only other thing I can think of you might be talking about is an extra menu showing up on your browser. If this is the case, you should be able to just right-click on the menu and click to not have it show or disable it. I hope this helps!
