Your question is not entirely clear, but I'm guessing that you want to change your Google account so you're identified in Gmail with a different name. Google says:

If you use Gmail with your Google Account, it's not currently possible to change your Gmail username after you've registered. You can, however, delete Gmail from your account and use a different, non-Gmail address for your Google Account. You can also create another Google Account with a different Gmail username.

The best solution may be as follows. Create an account with another email service (like Yahoo, for example), with the username of your choosing. You can then send mail as (your new username, other email service). To do this, click Gmail's gear wheel [upper right] and go to Settings and then Accounts and Import.

In order to change the way your first and last names are displayed in Gmail, you can click your profile icon (upper right) and then choose My Account. From here you will choose Personal Info and Privacy. Scroll down to where it says Your Personal Info. You should be able to click and edit your name and nickname. Your gmail address will stay the same though.
