I Recieved A Email From Google That I Was Due A Refund, The Credit Card That Goo

The credit card that goggle was posting the refund on is no longer activatedni have a new card I just want to no how do I submit the new card so I can receive my refund Thank you .This is my email address says its no longer in service Thank you, Patricia Madden my email address is ro
