Why Is Google Charging My Credit Card And Why Do They Have A 20 Day Hold On It?
google is and has been charging my credit card several times and I can not find out why or what it is even for. who do i talk to or why can i not get someone at the company to speak to me about this. I want my credit card number to stop being charged.

Google does not generally offer customer service by phone. (You can try for it at 650-623-4000.)You can write Google at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043.
Your best course with any charges that are not authorized is to dispute them with the card company or bank. If necessary you can complain to the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs at 916-445-1254.
