I Have Been Charged For Silver Tree 2on My Credit Card And Do Not Know What It I

I have been charged for silver tree 2 times and do not know what it is or how it got to my credit card.  I also paid for Quick office pro for 14 dollars approximately and can not get access to it.  It has been charged to my credit card.   How can I activate the Office pro which I intended to have put on phone and now can not access.   Regards   Kim

At the top of your purchase receipt, you'll notice a link to contact the seller in case you have questions about your order, or a problem arises. Google requires that you must first make contact a seller, as follows:
  1. Sign in to your account at https://checkout.google.com/.
  2. Click View Order.
  3. At the top of the receipt, click Contact [Seller's Name].
  4. Select the appropriate topic from the Request: drop-down menu, and enter your message in the Message: text box.
  5. Click Send email once you've provided the necessary details.

If the seller has been unresponsive to your request for at least two business days, and you did not place the order more than 90 days ago, Google can mediate by contacting the seller on your behalf. File a claim with Google's specialists for mediation.
