Webb Page Business

I received a call on 2/11/13 about a webbpage investment I made in november 2011. I was never notified that it was activated and received no paperwork.  On 2/11/2013  i received a call from a rep from Google saying that they could not get ahold of me. It seems that Fraud was committed on my account by the company who was to set up myaccount. I was told a check for me in the amount of $2100 was cashed by someone.  I have never received any paperwork about this. I had other more pressing problems and lost the paperwork  notes that I had on this.  I have tried to find a method to get hold of someone at Google on this.  I waited for two hours on the phone today before I was dropped off.  My name is Richard E. Lung  None of thjis has changed in the last 20 years.  I am told someone will contact me from Google about an additional $12000 plus owed to me.  I also wish to make sure this is not a scam.
