I Have Items In Device List That Are Not Mine, Which I Cannot Remove, Any Advice

In my google security, recent devices, there are items accessing my account that are not mine.I have looked at how to remove these items, but advice given does that allow me to remove these devices. Is there any way I can remove these devices?
