Legitimate Emails Sent To My Gmail Are Bounced.

Legitimate, non-spam or phish emails are being bounced when sent to my gmail. All senders are already in my address book. Half the messages are replies to my own messages. They have no attachments, bad language, or links, or anything that might be construed as spam. The domains of the senders are varied: verizon.com; optonline.net; erols.com; cablevision.com; etc etc etc. I know the senders personally. Their bounced emails have a message from google that say they are blocked for spam. In the meantime I'm still getting "real" spam messages in my spam folder. My gmail account is NOT a business account, so I don't have access to google customer service. I opened a NEW, second gmail account, to see if the problem was with my own email. BOTH gave the sender the same bounce message: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: > host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [173.194.73.27]: > 550-5.7.1 [209.86.89.68 7] Our system has detected that this message is > 550-5.7.1 likely unsolicited mail. Find each such message in your Spam folder and check the adjoining box. You'll then see a button appear on top, "Not spam." Click that button. If necessary (it should not be), repeat for future emails from the same sources.
